Adults Kung Fu
from 15 years
The intention of CYK Kung Fu is to teach an adaptive and versatile style of martial arts. Students are empowered to adapt to any opponent, respond effectively to various styles, and modify their training to accommodate injuries or disabilities. This approach ensures that Kung Fu remains accessible and practical for everyone, regardless of their physical abilities or experience level. The goal is to foster resilience, creativity, and a deeper understanding of martial arts principles.
Students with backgrounds in other martial arts are encouraged to bring their prior knowledge into their training at CYK. Rather than starting from scratch, we help expand upon their existing skills, enhancing their adaptability and broadening their understanding. This philosophy of inclusion and growth allows each student to create a unique, personal approach to Kung Fu, combining traditional techniques with their own strengths and experiences.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi Chuan (literal translation "Supreme Ultimate Fist") is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. It is also typically practiced for a variety of other personal reasons: its hard and soft martial art technique, demonstration competitions, and longevity. As a consequence, a multitude of training forms exist, both traditional and modern, which correspond to those aims. Some of tai chi chuan's training forms are especially known for being practiced at what most people categorize as slow movement.
Qigong is the Mandarin Chinese term used to describe various Chinese systems of physical and mental training for health, martial arts and self-enlightenment. Qigong or Chi Kung (an equivalent term derived from Wade-Giles Romanization) is an English Romanization of two Chinese characters: Qì and Gong. The dictionary definition for the word “qi” usually involved the meaning of “breathing”, “air”, “gas” and “vapor” but it can also be used in the context of describing the relationship between matter, energy and spirit. The dictionary definition for the word “Gong” is that of achievement or results. The two words are combined to describe systems and methods of “energy cultivation” and the manipulation of intrinsic energy within living organisms.
